Return Policy

Our aim is to provide as much upfront detail as possible prior to your purchase to ensure our products meet and exceed your expectations.  On each product page, you will find comprehensive details including product measurements/size, materials, key features, and care and use instructions. 

We feature detailed photos of each color option on the product page, as well as product content on our Facebook and Instagram pages so you can see the products in various lighting.

Important Notes

  • Bundled items (Signature Set, Purrfect Pair, and Really Knead-it 3-pack) cannot be returned separately

  • There is a $10.95 return fee which includes a pre-paid return shipping label and covers the return processing, product inspection and restock fees

If you’ve received your order and something doesn’t meet your expectations, we have a 20-day return policy on eligible items, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return (please note return shipping/processing fee below).  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, with tags, and accompanied by its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at fab@fluffandboots.com with the subject line “Return Request for Order # (insert your order number)” and include the following in the body of your email:

  • your order number 
  • the name and color of the item you wish to return
  • any feedback and/or reason you wish to make the return

If the item is eligible for return, we’ll send you:

  • a return shipping label; a discounted return shipping fee of $10.95* will be deducted from your refund; this also includes the return processing, product inspection and restock fee which we cover for you (*returns in excess of 3 items will be charged an additional $2.95 per item)
  • a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number 
  • instructions on how and where to send your package
  • a summary of the exact amount of your refund plus the option to receive a bonus store credit* if you choose to receive the amount of your refund as store credit in lieu of your original form of payment (*more details below under Exchanges/Bonus Store Credit Offer)

Items sent back to us without confirmation of an initiated return and the provided RMA number will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of the returned package, all items will be inspected. If the items are found to have been used, without tags and/or without original packaging, we will be unable to process your refund.

Please note the original shipping cost is non-refundable.  As noted above, $10.95 will be deducted from your refund amount, which is a discounted return fee to cover return shipping, product inspection and restocking fees. Returns in excess of 3 items will be charged an additional $2.95 per item

Refunds will be processed in accordance with this policy and can take up to 2 weeks to be fully processed back to the original form of payment. 

Exchanges/Bonus Store Credit Offer

Although we are unable to accommodate exchanges at this time, if you’d like to try another product, we are happy to offer a $5-$10 Bonus Credit if you choose to receive a store credit in lieu of a refund to your original form of payment.  This way, you can immediately place a new order for the item you wish to receive, and the credit helps cover a portion of the return processing fees for the orginal item.

The amount of bonus credit will depend on your initial order total, the value of the returned item, your order history, and any promotions previously applied or currently available to be applied to your new order.  

Don’t worry, when a return is requested, we will clearly communicate the exact amounts of your refund and store credit + bonus credit options. Store credit, including bonus credit, must be used within 180 days and is non-refundable once issued.

Fluff & Boots reserves the right to limit or suspend service to customers with excessive or high volume returns; advance notice and/or the opportunity to chat about any concerns will be given via email.
